Vincent C. Ashton is the President & Chief Executive Officer at HealthPass, a role in which he oversees the sales, member service, operational, strategy, and consulting arm of the private health insurance exchange. Mr. Ashton joined the organization in 1999 during its initial launch. He was promoted to the position of Executive Director in 2004, and was elevated to President & Chief Executive Officer in 2011. A nationally recognized expert on health insurance exchanges, his noteworthy career has been characterized by his strong leadership and forward-thinking advice and insight. By employing a dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency and production, while incorporating the highest servicing standards, HealthPass has a demonstrated track record of success in the exchange arena covering over 150,000 members since inception. With over 18 years of experience in the health insurance industry, Mr. Ashton is an innovator who contributes his expertise through participation in and consultation to work groups, committees and panels exploring federal-, state- and local-level health insurance reform efforts. He lends his expertise to other communities seeking to tackle the dilemma of uninsured working individuals and consults with other public and private exchanges on best practices. Mr. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross and resides in Tinton Falls, NJ with his wife and 3 children.

Lynda Coismain is the VP of Administration at HealthPass and joined the organization in May of 2004. In this role, Ms. Coismain leads the servicing team to expertly resolve personal and complex servicing issues professionally and with sensitivity while communicating detailed information to HealthPass brokers and clients. Her other primary responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation and streamlining of policies and procedures that facilitate enrollment improvements. Previously employed with Medtronic, a leader in cardiovascular technology, she served as the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for 10 years. Ms. Coismain’s scope of experience has spanned virtually all aspects of the health industry, focusing on servicing, team building and leadership. An alumnus of New York University, Lynda holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and is completing a Master’s degree in Arbitration and Mediation. Ms. Coismain enjoys contributing her free time to mentoring young adults and supporting various charities within her community.

Kristine Eidher is the VP of Carrier Relations and works closely with HealthPass’ current carriers and service partners in addition to potential partners. In her role, she maintains and develops strategic business partnerships and long term business plans as it relates to the HealthPass product portfolio. Formerly, she was the Director of Sales for 10 years and implemented marketing strategies, sales plans and forecasts alongside managing the sales team, inclusive of the external tristate broker sales network. Prior to her appointment as Director of Sales, Ms. Eidher held the position of Sales Manager, a role in which she cultivated loyal brokers, streamlined the broker development process, expanded the organization’s sales force and implemented computer applications designed to enhance operations. Her career includes prior experience in sales, promotions and marketing where she honed her organizational and managerial skills. An alumnus of Florida International University, Ms. Eidher holds a Bachelor in Health Information Management and a minor in Health Affairs. She is life & health insurance licensed in New York and New Jersey and has been part of the HealthPass team since 2002.

Davin Laurino joined HealthPass in 2022 as Senior VP of Sales. Mr. Laurino’s career spans 20+ years in the employee benefits industry, having held various sales and leadership positions with health insurance carriers and benefits consulting firms. Before joining HealthPass, Mr. Laurino served as VP of Sales, Marketing and business Development at Employers Health Network (EHN), which entailed developing and distributing clinically integrated networks within the self-funded employer arena.  Prior to EHN, he was the AVP of Commercial Sales at the New York City-based health plan, Healthfirst. During his tenure at Healthfirst, Mr. Laurino successfully launched Healthfirst’s commercial employer products, by providing overall market intelligence and developing various distribution strategies within the broker and employer marketplace.

When not playing music or restoring classic cars, Davin most enjoys his free time with family. Davin and his wife Danielle have two daughters and reside on Long Island, NY. Mr. Laurino holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Fort Hays State University and is currently studying to obtain his CEBS certification.

Rudolph Miele joined HealthPass as Chief Financial Officer in 2011. He is responsible for the financial oversight of the organization, human resources, information technology and corporate compliance.  Mr. Miele previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Centralized Laboratory Services, a HIP Health Plan of New York company, from 1996 to 2010. His responsibilities in these positions included oversight of all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and managed finance operations.  As a member of the senior management team, he also advised on business strategy, developed financial and operating metrics, and made enhancements in reporting and analysis.  Prior to joining Centralized Laboratory Services, Mr. Miele worked in corporate internal audit with HIP Health Plan of New York, holding various positions including Assistant Director of Internal Audit.  In these formative roles, he performed financial and operational reviews of HIP’s operations and companies, and their independent medical groups and healthcare claims processing organizations.  Mr. Miele holds a Master of Taxation from Florida Atlantic University, an MS in Accounting from Pace University and a BA in Economics from St. Francis College.  He has been active with the Boy Scouts of America since 2001, most recently as a Committee Member with a Brooklyn Scout troop.  He taught accounting and finance as an adjunct instructor at a local two-year college from 2011 to 2013.

Jonah Morrison joined HealthPass in 2002 as an Account Executive, and has held various positions during his tenure at the organization, including, most recently, Chief Operating Officer. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, a position he assumed in 2016, he oversees and manages the organization’s plans for future growth and is part of a team that monitors and administers many of the organization’s day-to-day operations. Throughout his longstanding tenure at HealthPass, Mr. Morrison has significantly contributed to the organization’s achievement of its missions of helping expand access to health care for small businesses and stemming the tide of the working uninsured. Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and recently earned a MBA from Hofstra University.
